Physical Well-being

It is no secret that our physical wellbeing affects our mental and emotional wellbeing as well. It is also no secret that moms do not in fact have the “same 24 hours in a day,” that someone who is not a mom has. It is hard to make time to take care of your body, so we made a list of resources that are mom friendly.

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum TV - a registered dietitian and yoga teacher specializing in prenatal and postnatal yoga.

  • Nike Training Club - a free fitness app with strength training, yoga, mobility, recovery, and Nike’s “Move Like a Mother” postpartum program.
