Your Turn To Be Held
You have spent so much time, energy, and love caring for everyone else. Now it’s your turn.
Not your typical vacation
Your Lactation Vacation is not just time spent away from your kids and the house. It is also a time for you to connect to your past self, celebrate your current self, and set your future self up for success. Your Lactation Vacation is not meant to be an extended strain on your family. We designed your Lactation Vacation to be three days long. Those three days can be as packed or laid back as you prefer. Each day has a theme: reflect, rejuvenate, and rediscover.
Day One: Reflect
Reflection is a powerful part of any transition, especially one as personal as ending your breastfeeding journey. It creates space for you to you process your experience, hold space for the hard parts, and honor the memories that you want to cherish forever.
Day Two: Rejuvenate
Many moms are moving through this beautiful season in motherhood feeling depleted. Day two of your Lactation Vacation is your invitation to receive. It’s designed to hold space for the things that restore you, replenish you, and help you feel like yourself again.
Day Three: Rediscover
On the third day, you have the opportunity to start rediscovering who you are in this phase of your life. Not by trying to return to who you were before motherhood, but by getting to know a new version of yourself.
Bringing It Home
As you return home, you carry your Lactation Vacation with you—not as an escape, but as a reminder that you are allowed to be held, too.
